Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner Review

RANT: My Rainbow vacuum cleaner review has nothing good to say about our vacuum. They must vary greatly in quality because we decided to get ours after talking to friends of ours who loved theirs. We even tried it out before they sent their salesperson to us. I think it was definitely one of those scenarios where we were blinded by all the bells and whistles it offers and didn't really look at the downsides to purchasing besides the price tag.
All I can say is that our vacuum never performed as well as theirs. In fact, it seemed like it didn't have much suction right from the first use.
We've even had it looked at and no one can tell us what's wrong. They keep insisting that it's fine and is working as designed.
I fully expected to love it for the price we paid. For that kind of money, it should blow us away on how well it works.
I just find that I now dread hauling it out to clean. Not that I loved to vacuum before, but it is just so heavy and unwieldly that I seriously put off vacuuming as often as I should because it's such a pain.
Next time we decide to spend that kind of money, it will be on a vacation and not a vacuum.
