Miele S7 Tango Upright

Miele S7 Tango Upright: This vacuum sucks! Not in a good way. I bought it on Thursday, and Saturday morning, it was broken! I should have flushed the $800 down the toilet.
The whole thing is barely held together by flimsy plastic. Everytime I move the vacuum forward the plastic pops out and I have to pop it back in to get it to move again.
The foot pedal is stuck in the up position and the thing won't stand up by itself. Now I have to leave it laying on the floor, like the dead useless appliance that it has become.
