Hoover F5915 Style Steamvac:
One of the worst household appliances I have ever purchased. This unit has serious problems with the water pump system and has broken down twice costing me over $120 in repairs.
The impellor unit seems to have design flaws in it. I have only used my unit every 3 months approx... it just can't handle being used. Zero support from Hoover on my unit... "out of warranty" they say.
I say if the same part breaks twice with light use then it is a design flaw that they should correct for their customers.
