RANT: Hoover Elite Rewind Widepath
This vacuum actually blows dirt and dust out of
a hole in the back and redeposits clumps of stuff onto the carpet!!
When we called Hoover to complain, they told us to put a piece of cloth over the hole in the back using a rubber-band. This did not work, so we used a plastic pill bottle top shoved in the hole to stop it up. That took care of the hole problem, but the vacuum still puts clumps of dirt back onto the carpet.
Wish I knew what I was doing wrong.
