Hayden SuperVac 6000
RAVE: I purchased the Hayden SuperVac 6000 after researching my options. We were building a new house and wanted to do things right from the start.
All the research I did showed me that there were many advantages to a central vacuum system including better cleaning quality and allergen control, both of which were very important to us for our situation and location.
We chose this model because it had a great reputation, was bagless and more affordable than other models. We also like the washable filters, which save on maintenance costs and cut down on waste.
It definitely different than having a traditional upright vacuum but well worth it! We mounted the vacuum in our basement. It's a bit loud but nothing like using a traditional shop vacuum.
One of our favourite features is the vacpan. We put ours in the mudroom next to our kitchen. This is where our dogs sleep and it has been a real lifesaver. We can sweep up just the kitchen without any hassle. It beats pulling out a broom and dustpan any day.
Another great feature is the 35' hose. We can get just about everywhere in our house without changing outlets.
We shopped around online to find the best deal at the time. There are several sites that sell them. We looked on eBay but none were available when we were in the market.
So, we love our Hayden SuperVac 6000. It's been well worth the money and a nice change of pace from buying a new upright every other year. We highly recommend it!
