I LOVE MY VACUUM!!!!! With three children (one which has asthma, a cat, and 2 dogs (a lab and a mastiff), I am constantly vacuuming. In the past, my vacuums JUST outlived thier warranties. Not my DYSON though! I'm on my second year with absolutely no complaints. It suction is fantastic and it is so easy to empty. It works great on my carpeted areas as well as my tiled rooms. (I use to have to use a seperate cleaner for the tiled areas.) The other wonderful feature is the telescope handle, you just lift it out and there's your hose to attach attachments for ceiling fans, vents and baseboards. It also practically lays flat to get under coffee tables and beds, apparently alot of vacuums don't believe that animal hair blows under these. I strongly suggest this vacuum if you have pets that shed!!!
