ConsumerVacuumReviews.com was created out of our frustration at choosing a vacuum. It started as a family and friends effort of less-than-happy vacuum owners.
Like many people, we'd all been burned before. We had purchased our vacuum cleaners, only to find that they never lived up to their "expert reviews". Tired of the loss of suction, expensive filters, and outrageous prices, we vowed that there must be a better way.
A common theme we noticed was that different needs spurred us to select our respective vacuum cleaners. Some of us had special flooring. Others needed commercial vacuums for cleaning their offices. With the wide variety of vacuums on the market, it was so difficult to decide which one would best fit our needs.
After much brainstorming, we created this site to pool feedback from others like us so that as a group we "help and be helped" in our respective quests for the holy grail of vacuum cleaners. We also hoped to help others find good dealers and retailers to cut down on the cost of purchasing vacuum cleaners and supplies.
This site exists as a community effort.
